Did you know Meadow Lake Provincial Park is one of the largest provincial parks in Canada? This was my first time visiting the park, and the scenery blew me away with how breath-taking it was, especially during the fall!
With more than 1,600 kilometres featuring more than 20 lakes and well-groomed trails where you could either hike or bike, you'll be greeted with some of the most amazing views while venturing out in the provincial park this time of year.
I had the pleasure of teaming up with local adventure enthusiast and good friend Lukas Walters from the town of Meadow Lake. We packed our gear and hit the trails on our bikes one day, and paddled the lakes the next day. Throughout the entire park, the fall colours were an absolute sight to see as they were vibrant and very bright!
"It's a great place to escape during the fall, since it's a quieter time of year. When the weather is beautiful, there is no other place I'd rather be" - Lukas Walters
